How do you start your day?

Playing with cold water may be the most beneficial thing we can do for our physical and mental well-being – particularly for anyone over 50.
Why would anyone in ‘their right mind’ dip themselves into ice-cold water every other day?
We all have so many different ways that we start our day.  Coffee, tea, a run, a workout, meditation, a nice warm shower.
Consider a cold shower or a ice-cold tub.  Think clear-mind and energy.  It can’t be beat.  Could cold water be an important addition to your health regime.  Ease into it slowly and watch closely, what you feel and think.  How do you feel later on.  Remember … if it isn’t fun, it’s better left undone or, if you prefer, no pain, no gain.  Or maybe, push the envelope a little bit … and see what happens.
