The Thirty Day Challenge

Is there any area of your life you would like to improve?  Some steps that you want to take that you keep avoiding.  Some character traits that you want to improve.  A friend that needs some support in their life.  Maybe your body is over 60 and you’ve lost some of your ‘get up and go’ energy.  A few extra pounds you want to let go of.  A little depression that it’s time to move beyond.  A health condition that you haven’t been able to get beyond.

Often the best way to meet these obstacles is to challenge yourself in another way.

The CHALLENGE that I am giving you is a thirty day cold shower challenge.  Thirty days of five-minute cold showers.  I bet that if you can do THE THIRTY DAY COLD SHOWER CHALLENGE, all of a sudden, the changes that you want in another area of your life will begin to happen.  Maybe even some changes that you want for a friend.

Maybe you don’t believe me.  Maybe you think this is nonsense.  Maybe.  But maybe it will really happen.  The only way you will know is to do it.

I can almost promise you that the change you are looking for will happen.  A shift of focus, and you are there.
